With the transformation trend from systems of records to systems of intelligence in the enterprises, the demand for enterprise facing AI products is the highest among all time. As the AI enterprise product market is maturing, the gap for talents and knowledge to build and implement such AI products is not closing up quickly enough.
This talk aims to equip product-minded technologists with a framework on how to build an enterprise facing AI product at scale with examples from my last 5 years of experience on working on AI products in the enterprise space.
